My name is Cindy Nelson, and I am a 20-year-old who graduated from Kennebunk High School. With over a year of work experience at Comfy Cape, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of early childhood education. I find it incredibly rewarding to watch the children in my care learn new things and grow every day, and I feel fortunate to be a part of their educational journey.
Annita Douglas

Hello! My name is Annita! I graduated from the University of Maine in Orono with a degree in Child Development and Family Relations in 2013. I worked alongside all age ranges as an Activities Director for 8 years before entering the world of childcare. I worked at a center as a preschool teacher for several months before joining Comfy Cape.
Some things about me:
⁃ I live in Saco with my fiancé Matt, my stepson Griffin, and our daughter Adelaide.
⁃ I became a first time mother to my daughter on Christmas Eve of 2022.
⁃ We have a black cat named Jello and a beagle named Sydney.
⁃ I love being outdoors, crafting, and cooking/baking for others!
I look forward to getting to know your children, watching them grow, and teaching them new things through experiment and play.
Katie Wormwood

Hello! My name is Katie. I have worked in childcare professionally for about two years and have also done a lot of babysitting while growing up. I am certified in CPR and first aid. I have an almost five-year-old daughter of my own, so I have plenty of experience with children of all ages!
Here are some fun facts about me:
- I love animals! My other job is dog grooming.
- I enjoy cooking and baking.
- I live in Kennebunk with my significant other and our daughter.
- We have one dog named Zeke and two cats named Velvet and Vinny.
- Summer is my favorite season, and I love being outside in the warm weather!

Cassidy Gonneville

My name is Cassidy Gonneville I graduated from Southern Maine Community College with my Associates in Science but more specifically focusing on Education in December of 2021. I've always had a passion working with children. Growing up I would babysit/nanny for multiple families. I started working at Comfy Cape back in March of 2022 where I began my future as a lead teacher. Beginning of June 2022 I became the new owner of Comfy Cape and I couldn't be more happier to be able to work with these children and continue to watch/teach them to grow.
